Our comfortable 65m2 flat is located in the city centre of Málaga, in an apartment building with high ceilings. We offer two balconies, one by the kitchen (5m2 facing west) and another by the bedroom (4.5m2 facing north to pedestrian street). The floor plan is very clever, as there is a functional patio to the south, a street (calle San Lorenzo) to the west and the street calle Casas de Campos (pedestrian only) to the north. Above the intersection of the two streets is your living room with 6 very charming bow windows, which we have emphasised with indirect lighting. During your holiday in our flat you don't have to fear any direct neighbours, except us, because we have our office right next to the flat. Easy to reach by Metro train (approx. 100m, 14 min to/from the airport), check in and feel right at home: Central European living standards (walk-in rain shower, underfloor heating in the bathroom, large beds, central heating/cooling), modern kitchen incl. oven, new windows, etc.
